FAQ for Wedding Stationery
WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
All of our invitations are custom designed, every price is different. It depends on quantity, number of inserts, type of invitation, cardstock, papers, colored printing, etc. As an example, a pocketfold invitation is typically around $7.75 for a two layer panel, 3 inserts and the outer envelope.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?
There is no minimum order quantity.
DO YOU PROOFREAD CLIENT PROVIDED VERBIAGE?
No. It is the clients responsibility to proof everything during the approval process. Any reprints necessary will be billed to the client.
DO YOU ADDRESS ENVELOPES?
Etiquette says that envelopes need to be handwritten, but etiquette also says that invitations need to be cream or white and in black printing only. Times have changed. We will be more than happy to consult a calligrapher for you or we provide laser printed addressing service in the most commonly used fonts at a very reasonable rate. You must provide an Excel spreadsheet with the complete addresses for this service.
WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
It depends on our project calendar. Call us as soon as your get engaged and are ready to begin with the planning. We have serviced clients needing 200 invitations in 2 weeks. Of course our preference is to begin with your Save The Dates and plan accordingly for the remainder of your weddings stationery.
WHAT TYPES OF PRINTING DO YOU OFFER?
Most brides are opting for flat printing for invitations to keep within budget. Our invitations are printed on a digital press or offset printing. We offer Letterpress and Engraving as well. We also offer thermography and foil stamping.
WHAT POSTAGE WILL I NEED?
Most invitations require additional First Class postage; however, you should ALWAYS take a finished invitation to the post office to be weighed and get the correct amount of postage required.
